We’re a small team with deep ServiceNow expertise and an obsession with building software that actually feels good to use.
Our team has spent years inside ServiceNow — as architects, owners and developers. We know what actually works.
We care deeply about quality, and even more about the people using our products.
Powerful doesn’t have to mean complicated. Every product we ship has to feel good to use.
We’re a small team. That means direct access, fast decisions and products we’re genuinely proud of.

After years leading ServiceNow implementations at organisations like CERN, Richemont and MSC, we kept running into the same issue: knowledge was scattered everywhere — Confluence, SharePoint, KB articles, ticket notes, people’s heads.
External tools helped, but switching context, managing access and keeping data in sync created more friction than they solved. We wanted documentation that lived inside ServiceNow, not alongside it.
So we built it. SwissFlowIt was founded to create the tools we wished we’d had — modern, practical products that make ServiceNow easier to use and harder to outgrow.
With one foot in Geneva and one in Asturias, we bring a mix of Swiss rigour and Spanish drive to everything we ship.
We’re a small team and we respond personally. Whether you have a question, want a demo or just want to know more — drop us a line.
