After years leading ServiceNow implementations at organisations like CERN, Richemont and MSC, we kept running into the same issue: knowledge was scattered everywhere — Confluence, SharePoint, KB articles, ticket notes, people’s heads.
External tools helped, but switching context, managing access and keeping data in sync created more friction than they solved. We wanted documentation that lived inside ServiceNow, not alongside it.
So we built it. SwissFlowIt was founded to create the tools we wished we’d had — modern, practical products that make ServiceNow easier to use and harder to outgrow.
With one foot in Geneva and one in Asturias, we bring a mix of Swiss rigour and Spanish drive to everything we ship.
