AVILÉS, Spain — July 10th, 2026. Documate is now certified for Australia, the latest release of the ServiceNow AI Platform. The app has passed the ServiceNow Store certification review for the new version, confirming it meets ServiceNow’s standards for security, performance and compatibility on Australia.
There’s a new major release of the ServiceNow AI Platform twice a year, and every app on the Store has to keep pace with each one. Staying certified release after release is how Documate makes that a non-event: when your instance moves to Australia, your documentation moves with it, with nothing to re-validate on your side.
Certification isn’t the only news in this version. It also brings:
- Live presence: see who’s on the page with you and follow their cursor as they edit, with real-time collaboration now running on a rebuilt live sync layer.
- Markdown support: paste Markdown, code blocks included, and it becomes formatted content.
- Formatted mentions: references to users and pages now accept bold, italics and the rest of your inline formatting, blending into the text around them.
…plus a round of smaller fixes and polish across the editor.
New to Documate?
Documate brings modern documentation natively into the ServiceNow AI Platform. Teams create, organise and share knowledge without leaving the platform they already use every day, with live ServiceNow data inside their docs and real-time collaboration, all stored securely inside the instance.
Documate installs from the ServiceNow Store in minutes, and updates are delivered through the Application Manager in your instance, the same as any other Store app. No additional steps are required.
