As a ServiceNow Build partner, SwissFlowIt’s offering provides teams with two certified applications built on the ServiceNow AI Platform: Documate, for creating and sharing collaborative documentation inside ServiceNow, and Importmate, which converts PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents into structured Knowledge articles. Both Documate and Importmate are available in the ServiceNow Store.
