As a ServiceNow Build Partner, Importmate provides Knowledge Managers and ServiceNow Administrators an easy option to upload files in bulk, and converts them into editable Knowledge Base articles, while preserving headings, tables, images, lists, links, and tables of contents and is available on the ServiceNow Store.
Importmate extends the ServiceNow AI Platform’s native Knowledge Base capabilities to support every common document format, converting them into ready-to-use, editable Knowledge Base articles without manual reformatting. This enables organisations to accelerate their AI-readiness programmes by ensuring all documentation is natively available within the platform.
