🖼️ Better cover photo experience: We’ve rebuilt our Unsplash cover photo handling for reliability. Cover images now remain in place until new ones load successfully, and we’ve added clear loading states to prevent confusion during updates.

👤 Profile links: Fixed links to ServiceNow profiles, ensuring direct navigation between documentation and user information.

🌟 UI refinements: Display improvements in avatars, star ratings, and loading indicators in ServiceNow tables for a more consistent visual experience.
