Type @ followed by a name to reference team members in your documentation. When readers hover over these mentions, they see instant user information cards with contact details and profile information.
This eliminates confusion in large organisations where multiple people share the same name. No more guessing which “Joe Employee” owns a process. Readers get immediate clarity about exactly who you’re referencing.

Drag-and-drop block organisation
Our new draggable block menu lets you rearrange any element in your documentation with simple drag-and-drop actions.

Type or paste any URL or email address, press a space, or enter. It instantly becomes a clickable, blue-highlighted link.
No more manual link creation or broken formatting. The system handles everything whilst you focus on the content.
💡 Pro tip: For cleaner presentation, select any text and paste a URL over it to create a custom link where the URL only appears on hover.
