This January, we focused on improving two things our users asked about most: viewing attached files without distraction, and finding pages faster in large workspaces.
View attachments without losing your place
When you open the attachments panel to review a PDF, image, or video, the file preview now has a Full window button that expands it to fill the entire dialog — hiding the attachments list and upload area so you can focus on the file itself.
💡 Pro tip: Use full-screen mode when sharing your screen during a review — it removes all the surrounding UI noise and keeps everyone focused on the file.
Find the right page when moving content
The Move Page search now highlights every word you type directly in the results, handles accented characters correctly (so searching “revision” also matches “révision”), and works with multi-word queries — each term highlighted independently.
It’s a small change that makes a real difference when your workspace has hundreds of pages.
💡 Pro tip: Type two or three keywords from different parts of a page title to narrow results quickly, rather than typing the full title from memory.
A few more improvements
🔍 Page navigation search: Search in the pages drawer is now faster for large workspaces, with results cached and reused as you extend your query.
📎 Filename tooltips: Truncated filenames in the attachment viewer now show a tooltip only when the name is actually cut off — no more unnecessary popups.
🧹 Cleaner page cards: Page subtitles no longer appear on page cards when the subtitle display option is turned off.
📑 Table of contents: Empty or hidden headings no longer appear in the table of contents outline.
👥 Members table: Long usernames and email addresses in the workspace members table now wrap correctly.
What’s next?
We have some useful editor and layout improvements coming next month that should save you a few extra clicks. Stay tuned.
